Hi there, I’m Tom!
Born in Manchester, England, I played in multiple football academies before earning a soccer scholarship in the USA. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology, played in the NPSL, and coached full-time.
I have trained athletes such as a former Manchester United Academy player, MLS Next players, ODP athletes and a USCAA National Champion. I have written Pre-Season Programs for NCAA/NJCAA teams and a UEFA Women’s Champions League player.
I’ve performed FMS assessments for NBA Draft players and worked with the Fitness Director of Men’s Health, national team athletes, a Broadway performer, a high-fashion model, and a QVC designer.
I’ve coached clients in 16 countries and across 8 U.S. states, and launched a clothing line. A dual UK–US citizen, my mission is to help people reach their peak potential and promote excellence.
