          These training macrocycles are specifically designed to improve Core Strength/ Hypertrophy and burn body fat. They feature short workouts, that can be performed if you are time strapped, have little equipment or can be added onto the end of a workout for a core burner. Each individual Core workout lasts between 5-15 minutes.

          Each macrocycle features 4 training plans and each training plan consists of 16 workouts, which adds up to a total of 64 workouts in 1 macrocycle package. The training plans are progressive which means over the course of the 64 workouts your Core Strength/ Hypertrophy should improve and this should help you to build muscle and burn body fat. Furthermore, Core Macrocycle 2 progresses on from the Core Macrocycle 1.
