CORE

These training macrocycles are specifically designed to improve Core Strength (Hypertrophy) and burn body fat.
They feature short workouts, that can be performed if you are time strapped, have little equipment or can even be added onto the end of a workout for a core burner. Each individual Core workout lasts between 5-15 minutes.


Each macrocycle features 4 training plans and each training plan consists of 16 workouts, which adds up to a total of 64 workouts in 1 macrocycle package.
The training plans are progressive which means over the course of the 64 workouts your Core Strength (Hypertrophy) should improve. This will help you to build muscle and burn body fat. Core Macrocycle 2 progresses on from the Core Macrocycle 1.
