HOW TP ONLINE COACHING WORKS
TP Online Coaching will be provided through the TrueCoach App which is available for a free download on the App Store and works on all devices. We already pay the subscription for this service so all you need to do is create an account so you can get started right away!
The TrueCoach App will provide you with access to the training program. During your workout, you can check off the exercises that you have completed and record what weight/sets/ reps/ modifications you performed through the app. We can make modifications through the app as you are working through the program in case something needs to be altered.
You can also track your Exercise History, so you can see your information from previous workouts such as what weights, sets and reps you performed, so you can progressively overload your body. An added bonus, is that videos will be provided for the majority of exercises.

HOW TO PICK THE BEST Program FOR ME?
It is quite simple. All you have to do is select the number of times a week that you would like to train and then you will be good to go! On purchase, you will be sent an online form to fill in so we can get to know you better and write a training program that is specifically tailored to you. The program will then be written based on your answers to the questions in the online form, which will focus on these areas:
We will tailor the program to fit your current fitness level so that you can progressively overload your fitness.
All training programs will help to improve the 5 components of fitness- Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Flexibility and Body Composition but the program will mainly be tailored to your individual goals. This well-rounded experience will result in improvements in activities of daily living and sporting performance.

We offer various programs depending on how many times per week you can commit to training.
Training twice per week will provide you with results. However, these results will be minimal. The more sessions you can commit to training per week, the better results you will see in the long term.
Training 4 times per week will provide you with great results. However, training 5-7 times per week will provide you with maximal results.
All training programs last for a total of 4 weeks.

On purchase, you will be sent an online form to fill out so we can gain more information about you so we can adapt the training program to your specific needs.
You will receive your 4-Week Personalized Training Program within 1 week of filling in the form. You will gain full access to us through the TrueCoach app, phone and email so that you can send over any questions you may have about the workouts. You will also receive weekly emails to help keep you accountable, and focused towards achieving your goals.
