MEAL PLANS

          These Meals Plans are for those who are looking to be more precise with their calories & macronutrients and are looking to take their nutrition to the next level.

          The Meal Plans serve as a rough outline for what you could eat over the course of the week for your daily & weekly target calories. All information on calories and macronutrients were collected from the MyFitnessPal app.

          The meal plans features:

  • 7 days worth of meals including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & Water Intake

  • Calories (Kcal) and Macronutrients (grams) for every food

  • Calculations of total daily grams, calories and percentages for each macronutrient

  • Calculations of total weekly grams, calories and percentages for each macronutrient
