CookingPal Multo Recipes

Today, I’m going to be teaching you 2 recipes that I have made using the CookingPal Multo device.


The CookingPal Multo device is a machine that replaces 10 cooking appliances. It is a great machine for making meals that look and taste like they’ve been made by a professional chef.



The first meal I’m going to teach you is one of my favorite meals, Spaghetti Bolognese…


Spaghetti Bolognese



Serving size:

  • 2 servings/ people


Cooking time:

  • 20-30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • ½ Onion

  • 11oz Spaghetti

  • Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 14oz Ground Beef

  • Bottle of Marinara Sauce

  • Sprinkling of Parmesan Cheese


Macronutrients & Calories for 1 serving (Approximate):

  • Protein: 46g

  • Fats: 73g

  • Carbohydrates: 88g

  • Total Calories: 1190 kcal


Desert:

  • Greek Yogurt & Blueberries

  • Dairy Milk Dark Chocolate


Instructions:


1. Weigh your ingredients on the top of the machine.


2. Cut onion in half and add to the mixing bowl.


3. Press “Start” to chop the onions and wait several seconds.


4. Scrape down the onions.


5. Add 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and sauté the onions.


6. Add the Ground Beef and cook with the onions.


7. Add Marinara Sauce, Salt & Pepper and heat up.


8. Remove the Bolognese Sauce and keep warm on the stovetop.


9. Rinse the mixing bowl.


10. Add water to the mixing bowl and boil.


11. Add the Spaghetti to the mixing bowl and cook.


12. Serve with the Bolognese Sauce over the Spaghetti.


13. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the top.


14. Clean the mixing bowl with the self-cleaning setting.


15. Enjoy your meal!


Chicken Parmigiana



Serving size:

  • 2 servings/ people


Cooking time:

  • 20-30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 10.5 oz Asparagus

  • 2 Chicken Breasts

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4.5oz Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 bottle Marinara Sauce

  • 3.5 oz Croutons


Macronutrients & Calories for 1 serving (Approximate):

  • Protein: 62g

  • Fats: 25g

  • Carbohydrates: 80g

  • Total Calories: 800 kcal


Instructions:


1. Weigh your ingredients on the top of the machine.


2. Cut the Chicken Breasts open and flatten them out with a rolling pin.


3. Season very well with Salt and Pepper.


4. Cut the Mozzarella Cheese and add on top of the Chicken Breasts.


5. Lay the Chicken Breasts on the Deep Steaming Tray.


6. Wash, trim and cut up your Asparagus then add to the Shallow Steaming Tray.


7. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil.


8. Add your Marinara Sauce to the mixing bowl.


9. Connect both Steaming Trays to the top of the machine.


10. Cook the ingredients.


11. Lay your cheesy Chicken on a plate and pour the Marinara Sauce over it.


12. Add your Asparagus and Croutons on the top.


13. Clean the mixing bowl with the self-cleaning setting.


14. Enjoy your meal!
